Privacy Policy
EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 24, 2026
1. Operator and scope
Six68 Technologies, Inc. operates six68technologies.com and the Evaluate individual pilot. Business address: 1500 N Grant Street, Suite R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Contact jon@six68technologies.com. This policy covers the website, individual accounts, demo, and inquiries.
2. Account and evaluation data
We process your name, email, password hash, and entered evaluations: titles, purposes, categories, owner labels, review dates, statuses, recommendations, limitations, criteria, evidence notes, optional links, weights, scores, and activity. Avoid secrets, sensitive regulated data, unnecessary personal information, and content you lack authority to process.
3. Inquiries and technical information
Inquiries include name, email, optional company, topic, and message. Hosting and email providers may process IP addresses, browser details, timestamps, and operational logs. Submission limits use a hash derived from source IP and limit scope. Reset tokens are hashed and expire after 30 minutes.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process information for account access, record storage, calculation of requested scores, workflow checks, exports, inquiries, and service protection. Where applicable, legal bases include performance of the agreement, legitimate interests in operation and security, and consent where required. This release does not send evaluation content to AI models.
5. Cookies and demo storage
Accounts use an essential session cookie and security token. The demo saves fictional records and edits in local browser storage without sending them as account records. Privacy choices can clear demo data. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics are included.
6. Providers, disclosure, and links
Hosting and email providers process data needed to operate the service. We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably needed to protect rights and security. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional links are stored without fetching content. Opening a link requests an external website governed by its own practices.
7. Retention and removal
Records remain while an account is active unless removed earlier or legally required. Evaluation deletion removes linked criteria. Activity can retain short titles after individual deletion. Account deletion removes active account data, evaluations, criteria, activity, and reset tokens. Contact records older than 90 days and rate-limit entries older than 24 hours are cleared during API requests. Mailbox copies, backups, and logs follow configured provider retention schedules.
8. Your rights and controls
Export, correct, or remove records, or delete your account. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection and withdraw consent where applicable. Contact jon@six68technologies.com; identity verification may be required. You may contact a relevant supervisory authority where applicable. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights.
9. Security and international processing
Controls include password hashing, account-scoped queries, protected sessions, CSRF tokens, and submission limits. No system guarantees absolute security. Providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere; applicable international-transfer safeguards must be used where required.
10. Adults and changes
The service is intended for adults 18 and older. We may update this policy and communicate material changes as required. Contact jon@six68technologies.com with questions.
