An individual workspace for the method and reasoning behind a software evaluation.
Create up to 200 evaluations with a title, purpose, category, owner label, review date, and Draft / In review / Decided state. Keep recommendations and limitations alongside the original need.
Owner labels are descriptive. They do not invite people, send notifications, or grant permissions.
Save up to 2,000 criteria linked to evaluations. Each has a title, Fit / Cost / Implementation category, evidence note, optional owner label and URL, a weight from 1–5, and score from 0–5.
Zero means unscored. The weighted total appears only when all criteria have scores 1–5: sum(weight × score) / sum(weight). Scores are subjective inputs, not independent ratings or proof of suitability.
Decided requires a recommendation and limitations note of at least 30 characters each, at least one criterion, and all criteria scored. Adding, editing, moving, or deleting criteria returns affected Decided evaluations to In review.
A move can reopen both the old and new evaluation. The person making a purchase remains responsible for accuracy, permissions, and judgment.
Export an evaluation brief as TXT, all evaluation and criterion records as CSV, or the full workspace with recent activity as JSON. Global exports include all records regardless of filters.
The export contains entered content and references. It does not archive external documents or verify vendor claims.
Accounts, saved evaluations, weighted criteria, decision checks, activity, search, filters, exports, password reset, and account deletion.
Shared workspaces, invitations, vendor data ingestion, and AI-assisted drafting are not enabled. No delivery dates are promised.
