Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

These terms cover six68technologies.com and Evaluate, operated by Six68 Technologies, Inc., 1500 N Grant Street, Suite R, Denver, CO 80203, United States. Contact jon@six68technologies.com. A signed agreement controls to the extent it expressly supersedes these terms.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and protect credentials. Workspaces are individual. Owner labels do not invite people, grant rights, send notifications, or prove approval. Signup does not yet verify email ownership.

3. Scope and judgment

Evaluate organizes manually entered software assessments, criteria, weights, scores, and evidence notes. It does not retrieve vendor data, test software, verify claims, execute purchases, endorse vendors, or provide regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for research, accuracy, permissions, and decisions.

4. Scores and decisions

Weights are 1–5; scores are 1–5 with zero meaning unscored. The weighted result is sum(weight × score) / sum(weight) and remains pending until all criteria are scored. It is a summary of subjective inputs, not an independent vendor rating. Decided requires recommendation and limitations notes of at least 30 characters each, at least one criterion, and all criteria scored. Criterion changes reopen affected Decided evaluations.

5. Content and acceptable use

You retain content rights and authorize processing needed to provide the service. Store only authorized materials. Do not enter credentials, secrets, sensitive regulated information, unnecessary personal data, unlawful or malicious content. Do not evade access controls, attack the service, or send spam.

6. Pilot and prices

The individual pilot is $0, limited to 200 evaluations and 2,000 criteria per account. No card is collected or automatic paid subscription created. Business inquiries require separately agreed written scope and price before paid work. Future features are not delivery commitments. Pilot availability and limits may change with applicable notice.

7. Demo, links, and exports

The demo uses fictional examples and browser storage. Exports are snapshots of entered data, not external archives or verified vendor reports. CSV formula-leading values are escaped; review files before use or sharing. External websites have separate content and policies.

8. Deletion and suspension

You can remove records; deleting an evaluation deletes its criteria. Account deletion requires your password and removes active related data. Export first if needed. Activity, backups, and legal retention follow the Privacy Policy. Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, or legal obligations.

9. Intellectual property

Original Six68 branding, content, and software are protected by applicable law. You may use the service as intended. No unrelated intellectual property rights are transferred.

10. Availability and liability

The pilot is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties are disclaimed and Six68 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. No uptime, support-response, or recovery-time commitment is made. Mandatory rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

11. Law and updates

Colorado law governs to the extent permitted without overriding mandatory protections. We may update these terms and communicate material changes where appropriate. Questions: jon@six68technologies.com.
